It has been a pleasure to work with Alban during a very stressful first time home buyers process. Alban came via recommendation to me and from the first conversation his understanding demeanor and straightforward approach made me immediately feel comfortable leaving no hesitation to work with him. Alban explained each process before the next step, this was very important to me because he allayed all my fears and anxieties, most notably, as any first time buyer would have or any buyer for that matter could experience. He wasn’t pushy or desperate as realtors can be, I felt safe to trust him from our first call and I can come here and say to you he was all he was recommended to be and then some. He is competent and he never drops the ball, this is something to consider if a man’s character means anything to you, he’s your guy!

Working with Alban was a great experience from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer my questions and keep me updated throughout the process. What I really appreciated was that he never made me feel pressured. He gave honest advice, was patient, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right tenant, not just the fastest one.
